WOW Life & Business Conference Event Direction & Brand Growth Strategy Overview
The WOW Life & Business Conference is an empowering experience designed to equip entrepreneurs, professionals, and purpose-driven individuals with tools for transformation in both life and business. In collaboration with LOI Agency, I served as Event Director for this dynamic event, helping lead the growth of WOW from its inaugural launch in 2022 to a high-impact, multi-platform brand by 2024.
Strategic Contributions
As Event Director, my focus was on expanding the conference's reach, elevating the production quality, and creating cohesive brand experiences across every touchpoint. Key contributions included:
Partnering with LOI Agency to co-produce the full-scale event, overseeing planning, logistics, and execution
Leading strategy and implementation for program flow, venue coordination, speaker engagement, and team management
Growing attendance from 100 guests in 2022 to 350+ attendees in 2024, with celebrity guest appearances at both conferences
Assisting with on-site design, digital content, and marketing visuals
Supporting the launch and creative development of the WOW Podcast, which features inspiring interviews with business owners
Designing, copyediting, and publishing a 50+ page WOW Magazine for both conferences, celebrating featured guests, speakers, and entrepreneurs within the WOW community

From a local gathering to a recognized brand with multimedia extensions—including a podcast and print publication—WOW now lives beyond the stage and continues to empower a growing network of entrepreneurs and changemakers.
